How we work

We work in fifty-minute sessions, usually one-to-one, with people who come to us seeking support with concerns they have about their lives.

Following the initial consultation, clients usually follow a package of six sessions. This can be extended, with each session available as an individual booking, or as an additional package.

We recommend an initial consultation session of fifty minutes, where we can discuss what best suits your needs

and the options available to you.

We work within the BACP ethical framework and adhere to rigorous professional standards, so you can be assured of complete confidentiality and exceptional counselling.  All tailored to your individual needs and concerns from the outset.
